Capacity Building focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of DMC IKATEK-UNHAS members and volunteers to ensure their readiness in handling disaster-related tasks. Through targeted training sessions and continuous evaluation, we aim to boost the effectiveness of individuals and teams in various disaster scenarios.
